This patient wanted to subtly minimize the gap between his front teeth, so we created a slightly wider crown that maintains balance and harmony giving him a natural-looking smile with just the right touch of refinement.

Not the best before photo, but this beautiful patient was referred to us by one of our trusted dentists to provide her with material options for a full mouth reconstruction. She was devastated at the thought of losing all her teeth and terrified of what a denture might look like.
We spent hours guiding her, reassuring her, and showing her that a denture can still look and feel amazing.
When the big day came and she saw her new smile for the first time, her tears weren’t from fear anymore - they were from joy.
Moments like this remind us why we do what we do. Dental treatment isn’t just clinical - it’s deeply emotional. And helping someone rediscover their confidence….thats priceless.

I sound like a broken record, but truly, single anterior crowns are the most difficult forms to restore. Matching the colour to two adjacent teeth seems simpler than it is. Each tooth has differences and you need to ensure that the one you’re restoring blends in with the natural dentition. This was a super tough case, but a lovely patient who walked away extremely happy. Started with Invisalign, then we did a diagnostic, a temporary was made based on the diagnostic and finished with an emax crown. Great collaboration with @megnmac88
